| The
Goals Workbook
In the workbook we discuss what it takes to make workable
goals that are consistent with your vision. We work through
a specific process for each category of your life. By the
end of the process you will recognize your strengths and
weaknesses, areas of interest, and your ultimate destination.
The goals workbook will take you from inaction to the heights
of your wildest aspirations.

Life By Design
The Life By Design
system is the cornerstone of Tim Scott & Associates.
This is an in depth program for individuals who wish to
design their life and not drift through it. Our system will
encourage you to intentionally decide to discover your untapped
potential in order to design tomorrow.
Life By Design will look at these areas:
 |
Conscious:
Investigates living habitually versus living intentionally.
|
 |
Dreams:
Constructive daydreaming can harness the power, passion,
and purpose of your future into a motivating force
today. |
 |
Values:
What is most important to you? Learning to balance
your values and your livelihood. |
 |
Vision:
Paint a mental picture of a perfect day. Why is this
a perfect day? |
 |
Mission:
Distill from your vision statement the ultimate purpose
of your life. |
 |
Goals:
“Fail to plan. Plan to fail” It was once
said. Actively begin the process of working on goal
achievement. |
 |
Results:
Measure what you have achieved and where these achievements
are taking you. |
Financial
Independence
Understanding the
biblical principles of financial independence will help
you excel in your quest toward financial freedom. First,
you have to believe that God wants you to be financially
independent. Second, when you achieve that independence
you must know that money has to have a mission. Money is
not an indication of your worth as a person but it is an
indication of your value to the marketplace.
The financial independence
series will help you focus on these areas:
 |
Your
compensation is an exchange for the value of your
time. |
 |
Understand
your value to the marketplace. |
 |
Increasing
your value will increase your compensation. |
 |
Learn about
your unique potential. |
 |
Financial
independence in America is accumulated through profit.
|
 |
Money needs a
mission or the mission of money will be you |
Workplace Evangelism

Model The
Way
People in leadership
positions can manifest change in the lives of those they
influence through provision not perfection. Leaders that
model the way are led by the Spirit because they recognize
the flesh is weak. Their responsibility is to get out of
the way so that God can work through them. Who sets the
pace? The leadership does this by allowing the Spirit of
God to pull out what is on the inside and bring to the surface
everything that is needed. They go through the steps of
modeling to change the path of their organization.
In what areas do they model the way?
 |
Spiritually.
The leader sets the tone in this area. Others in the
organization will be influenced by the spiritual example
set by leadership. |
 |
Physically.
Does the pastor have bad habits? Does he take care
of the body that God has given him? |
 |
Mentally.
Is the pastor constantly learning? Are you prepared
before speaking to the congregation? |
 |
Financially.
Does the pastor give cheerfully and live a balanced
prosperous life? Does he teach prosperity and personal
responsibility? |
 |
Professionally.
Does he lead with excellence? Is he professional about
his responsibilities? |
 |
Recreationally.
Does he take time away for refreshing himself physically
and intellectually? |
 |
Socially.
The leader exemplifies his vision by involvement in
the community. |
 |
Emotionally.
Church leaders must exhibit emotional stability by dealing
with various church crises and individuals in an even
handed fashion |
